How to Leave a Review and Why it's Important
If you want to leave a review for a business on i-Strive, you must register first. The registration form is quite simple, and you are asked to type your name, e-mail address, and select a password.
On any i-Strive listings page, click on Write a Review If you are not already signed in you be prompted to sign in or sign up (or on the home page, Create Your Free Account).
Alternatively, the figure shows that you can also create an account on i-Strive by signing in with your Google account.
Give Stars
Unlike generic review websites like Google, Yelp, and many more. i-Strive is dedicated to improving the lives for NDIS participants.
We assist participants by allowing you to provide in-depth reviews which are specifically tailored to disability services.
Simply click the amount of stars you believe your service provider has scored, our Multi-Criteria Rating algorithm will provide a total score as your rating.
Write your Review
A good review includes enough detail to give others a feel for what happened. Explain which factors contributed to your positive, negative or just so-so experience. You might also offer your view on what the company is doing well, and how they can improve. But keep things friendly and courteous!
Increase the relevance of your review by addressing your overall experience, including the level of customer service you received. Tell people how helpful the company was! Focusing on only one element, such as product quality or delivery options, provides limited insight to readers.
There’s no rule against only writing a handful of words in a review, but the more specific you can be, the more likely the review is to be useful. We suggest writing from your own individual perspective, keeping it honest and sticking to the facts. Help readers stand in your shoes.
Want to leave a photo of your experiance?
Leaving a photo of your experience isn’t necessary, however if you feel comfortable its a great way to show others who may have difficulties reading reviews.
